Meet Inocencia Paulino, the brain behind Delino Salon Essentials. She's a native of the Dominican Republic and has been passionate about style, fashion, and the arts since she was very young. Inocencia, often called Ino, turned her passion into a thriving career.
Even though she studied marketing administration and cosmetic chemistry, she found her true calling as a hairstylist and entrepreneur over two decades ago. Ino is not just any hairstylist – she's also a beauty columnist, author, and a consultant in the beauty industry, with a talent for designing innovative beauty products.
Ino is part of the Texas Cosmetology Commission and the Professional Beauty Association.
She's all about helping other hairstylists get better at their craft and grow their own businesses. She's even certified by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation to teach classes that help stylists keep learning new things.
